Aquapark in Satu Mare shortly!!!!

After obtaining a co-financing from the EU,  Solarex SRL company has started to develop one of the biggest projects in Satu Mare, the construction of a modern Aquapark.The value of this projekt is 8,5 milion euro.

24.000 sqm will be built, it's composed from a 7000 sqm parking area, 5000 sqm building with indoor pools, saunas, fittness and wellness area and 12.500 sqm outdoor pools, drink bars and a big scene for musical events.

The "Aquastar" project is a start-investition, the Sanaqua company (who owns the land around the bath) wishes to develope a touristic park on the side of the town on 180.000 sqm.Therefore was made a Regional Urban Planning  wich is aprobated and each parcell has its own destination, intrested developers can build here hotels, appartment-houses, shopping and distraction centers and sporthalls.
